I believe that we all have a story to tell, and my healing journey is what brought me here…
Before becoming a naturopath, I worked as a chartered accountant in a big firm in downtown Toronto. While everything probably looked great on the outside, I was struggling with my health – hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, and anxiety – and it became clear to me that I was living out of alignment with my true self, and that I could not continue that way.
After traditional medicine fell short for me, I sought care from a naturopathic doctor and learned about root cause, holistic medicine. I didn’t heal everything overnight, but after understanding what was at the root of my digestive and hormonal issues, and working to bring my hormones and nervous system back into balance, I started to feel better – energetic and at ease. In essence, I felt more connected and aligned with myself.
Now, as a naturopathic doctor, I am passionate about helping women to gain control over their hormonal health, to help them bring their body back into balance and to help them connect with their own natural rhythms so they can feel like themselves again.
